Job Description

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – Full Time  NEW STORE!!!

Location:   Kingwood, WV.

Summary: Assist store manager with the responsibilities of the day-to-day activities and operation of a retail store. Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers; ensure that production and quality goals are achieved; support the mission by achieving sales, budget, and profit objectives; insures store operates in an efficient manner. Insure positive application of organizational policies and procedures by all staff and retail facilities are operated in such a manner as to reflect a positive internal and external appearance. The qualified candidate will have excellent oral/written communication skills; possess organizational, problem solving, and management skills; and be customer/detail oriented. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.  This location is scheduled to opne Jan. 2014

Qualifications

Education: GED or higher

Experience: 1 to 2 years Management experience
