Job Description

Location:  118 52nd Street

External Hiring Range:  $12.72 to $13.90/Hour Travel Required:  Yes
Summary:   The Community Event Assistant will provide high level administrative and event coordination support by conducting research, preparing marketing materials, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as data entry, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings/events and arranging conference calls as well as receiving visitors.  The Community Donation Event Assistant will act as a liaison for Goodwill’s Community Donation Event coordination and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:  1 or more years experience providing clerical/administrative support and or data entry experience.  Events coordination experience required.
