Job Description

Analysts serve supporting roles to the investment banking team, working directly with Associates, Principals, and Partners on pitches and engagements.  Responsibilities include:


  • Direct support of day-to-day transaction execution
  • Preparation of confidential offering memoranda
  • Drafting of management presentations
  • Assistance in development of potential buyer / investor lists
  • Complex valuation analysis and financial modeling
  • Preparation of, and participation in, new business presentations
  • In-depth industry research and analysis


  • At least one full year as an investment banking analyst (please do not apply without this criterion)
  • Undergraduate Degree in 2012
  • Passion for the business opportunities created by alternative energy and clean technology
  • Prior experience in investment banking, preferably a current investment banking analyst
  • Strong academic track record
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
