Grid is a mobile app looking to provide phone services, on-demand across the United States. We plan to launch the app and service on July 15, 2015.

Transformers are friendly members of your community, and come from all walks of life! Some are local parents or college students looking to have fun and earn spending money in their free time. Other applicants come from backgrounds like delivery driver (CDL/Fedex/UPS/truck driver), bike courier, Uber driver, Lyft driver, Instacart shopper, Caviar courier, Sidecar driver, and Grubhub Seamless delivery person. Other Transformers were warehouse and shipping managers, retail associates, or limo drivers. Anyone with a vehicle and a customer-service mentality can get in on the action!

Expectations:

We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost effective manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Being a Transformer for Grid doesn't come easy. Your requirements while on the job include but not limited to the following. 

• Own your transportation that you are okay with using for Grid
• Deliver the products to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Check products for damage
• Carry 50-100 units of inventory in your vehicle 
• Always keeping stocked with inventory

Since we look to provide the best service possible to our customers we offer $20 a hour to all of our Transformers. Guaranteed*. No more "Earn up to 'X'". If you work an hour you'll get paid $20 simple as that. All earnings are deposited weekly via direct deposit. 

To be a Transformer you must take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. There are a few other basic requirements - you must be over 18; own a bike, car, truck, scooter or motorcycle; and have an upbeat and positive attitude.
