Our strategic planning services include:     Long term strategic planning and execution     Staff motivation to optimize goals and objectives acceptance     Refinement of existing practice plan     Governance planning     Defining the future needs for practioners   This position is a member of the staff who coordinates non-clinical aspects of patient care by managing communication and clerical tasks essential to the functioning of the unit. He/she also provides patient care and related functions, under the direction of a RN. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
