You will receive comprehensive feedback, mentoring, and coaching, and over time, you will move among our various practice areas to broaden your professional expertise.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Position Summary:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Position frequently interacts with all levels of the Corporation to resolve human resources issues regarding employment law and compliance; providing mediation and conflict resolution services; coordinating formal and informal investigations, and recommending the appropriate corrective actions; developing, implementing and interpreting policies/laws and applying intermediate HR knowledge and skills.  Judgment calls and interpretation of laws and regulations are required. Impact of decisions is moderately high and can impact service are.  Integral member of YKHC’s corporate benefits program.  Provides special guidance and assistance to all departments and employees relating to policies and employee relations, including disciplinary actions, disputes, investigations and terminations.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Position Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Related experience in Human Resources, business or related field preferred.                                                                                                                                                                                                         One (1) to Five (5) years of previous experience in Human Resources                                                                                                                                                                                                         General office equipment                                                                                                                                                                                                         Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.  Demonstrated strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, organization, problem solving, project management, consultative/coaching, analytical thinking, teamwork and employee development skills with the ability to effective deal with conflicting and/or ambiguous situations.
