Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide a slick and seamless Front Desk service managing reception and ensuring Macklin St has everything it needs. You will be key in ensuring our visitor experience is memorable for all the right reasons.

If you choose to join us, you will be responsible for managing our building, liaising with our Landlord and working with our suppliers to ensure that our people and visitors have everything they need. You will need to bring a 'can-do' attitude to everything you do and keep smiling even when you a juggling many different tasks.

You will line manage our Receptionist and ensure that you work together to provider a premium Front Desk experience. From client hospitality to impressive meeting room spaces, you will just make it happen and no job will be too big or small.

You will keep us safe by maintaining Health & Safety and making sure our space is clean, tidy and professional at all times.

We are looking for someone who will bring experience of working as an office manager within a creative environment. You will have experience of building relationships and excellent administration skills including Excel and Word. You will bring excellent organisational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines.
