Job Description

​​WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you will contribute to H&M’s business success. In this position, you will be responsible for the full administration of the unit's personnel affairs in H&M Warsaw office.

You will:

  • Administrate personnel matters in accordance with local labor law regulations.
  • Cooperate with an external company.
  • Improve the internal document flow process.
  • Be responsible for salary booking & immigration permits processes.
  • Prepare reports and data for payroll.
  • Be responsible for benefit administration.
  • Be the everyday support for colleagues.
  • Settlement of working time.
  • Work with other HR systems.
  • Be responsible for onboarding from payroll perspective. 
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions in labor law.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You'll collaborate with members of the payroll team working with accounting, global functions and regional functions. You will provide continuous support to our office teams and managers in scope of labor law. Together, you'll ensure smooth Payroll operations and efficient service delivery across all departments.

  • Polish at fluent level
  • English at min. Upper Intermediate level, spoken and written.
