Senior Tax Specialist – Global Tax & Transfer Pricing
- Full-time
Job Description
Are you ready to make global impact? We’re looking for a Senior Tax Specialist to join our Global Tax & Transfer Pricing team. In this international role, you’ll support operations across Direct Tax, VAT, selected Transfer Pricing areas, and OECD Pillar 2 reporting.
You’ll join a close-knit global team of eight, recognised for structured ways of working and certified tax assurance processes. This is a great opportunity to strengthen our in-house capabilities while contributing to a global framework in a fast-moving, international environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will strengthen our in-house tax capabilities by supporting global compliance, reporting and advisory topics across markets. You will also help drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of the way we work, ensuring strategic alignment across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support global Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance
- Contribute to implementing and maintaining OECD Pillar 2 compliance at country level
- Ensure accurate and timely Direct Tax compliance and selected Indirect Tax compliance, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Act as a first-line advisor to the business on corporate tax and transfer pricing topics, including withholding tax, VAT, customs valuation and intra-group agreements
- Support tax audits and manage communication with tax advisors and authorities
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of tax processes and ways of working
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Global Head of Tax and be part of a cross-functional set-up driving our global tax framework. You’ll work closely with Finance, Legal and business stakeholders across markets, as well as external advisors and tax authorities when needed. With a small but global team, you’ll have broad exposure and strong collaboration across countries and functions.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a structured and collaborative professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with business impact. You can navigate complex topics, communicate clearly and confidently, and you’re comfortable taking ownership in a global matrix organization.
You have a university degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or similar, and at least five years of experience in corporate tax and/or transfer pricing, ideally in a multinational commercial environment. You are comfortable working in SAP, and you have the confidence to “sell” and “defend” transfer pricing transactions and set-ups in direct contact with tax authorities. Experience or knowledge of OECD Pillar 2 compliance is a strong plus. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and you feel confident in formal discussions and negotiations.
