Your Responsibilities: 

What you will do: 

  • Leading analysis-to-action initiatives to identify opportunities for profitable growth and improved performance. 
  • Providing commercial insights on assortment, performance, and customer behavior to support data driven decision making. 
  • Contributing to the strategy process together with the Head of Buying Controlling, ensuring plans and KPIs align with business objectives. 
  • Acting as an informal leader within the controller team, supporting colleagues in prioritization, development, and strategic execution. 
  • Balancing long-term strategic work with follow-up on plans, deadlines, and targets in a brand undergoing transformation. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

As Senior Business Controller, you will work closely with the Head of Buying Controlling and the controller team, partnering with Buying and Sales to support assortment and commercial planning. You will also collaborate with creative functions, including the atelier in Paris, ensuring that commercial and creative perspectives align in cross‑functional decision‑making. 

Qualifications

We are looking for people with… 

  • Strong experience as a Business Controller within retail. 
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated leadership through driving projects, initiatives, or workstreams with structure and accountability. 
  • Understanding of assortment planning, buying levels, and quantification. 
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Additional Information

This is a full time temporary contract for 12 months based at our Head Office in Stockholm Sweden.

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
