We are looking for a Product Developer with a strategic mindset, a strong passion for heavy woven trousers and a collaborative spirit to join our Womenswear team at H&M.
This is a full‑time, temporary position based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Product Developer within Heavy Woven, you will play a key role in shaping the H&M Womenswear trousers assortment. You will set and drive both short and long‑term plans for your category, ensuring alignment with our overall assortment direction.
With a strong commercial mindset, deep product knowledge within heavy woven trousers and the ability to translate trends into relevant opportunities, you will identify seasonal keys and act fast on what’s emerging. You will continuously refine our product and component work to build a strong, competitive and customer‑centred trousers offer.
You’ll take ideas from concept to final product, driving development forward and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving environment. You will work closely with a product manager, planner, designer and pattern maker, and partner with our production team to bring each piece to life with the right quality, fit and feel.
Your passion for heavy woven products and your ability to make things happen will be essential in creating high‑quality, on‑trend trousers that resonate with our customers.
WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in a similar role as Product Developer or Buyer
- Experience working with heavy woven garments, preferably trousers
- Education in textiles, buying or product development
- A proven track record of creating products for the womenswear customer with excellent fashion sensibility
- Strong fashion intelligence and a keen eye for current trends
- A deep passion for products and product development
- Driven, structured and proactive in taking initiatives
- Strong salesmanship with a results‑oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong team player with a flexible, solution‑driven approach
- Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and efficient ways of working

This is a full-time, temporary position, with placement in Stockholm.
