Job Description

Harmonia is currently looking for smart and self-motivated Technical Delivery Manager with strong analytical and data background for delivering and managing complex projects for global deployment. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling a large team and have competency in integrated development. 

The successful candidate must have strong writing skills and should be able to communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of HHG and client management.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manages the delivery of one or more projects. Responsible for managing the full life cycle of project or program from requirements gathering through handover to ongoing steady state operations. Acts as a key interface between the client and HHG Program manager for the engagement.
  • Prepares detailed project plans within the standards of project management methodologies. Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW). Categorize requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily tasks. Prepare risk and remediation plan. Responsible for creating one team approach, goals and milestones within a project to ensure our on-time, on-budget commitments to our client(s).
  • Responsible for the delivery and daily management of project activities, including guiding the team in resolving complex issues such as development, platform operations, and data integration.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance; ensure the project is delivered to the scope defined within SOW and ensures any deviations are processed via defined Change Control process.
  • Acts as point of contact during the project for all aspects of the project. Ensures a strong, seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project ongoing development, issues and/or risk to HHG Program Manager. Responsible for preparing regular project status reports and other reports as required.
  • Develops project delivery collateral such as work break down structures, estimation models, project plans, deliverable templates and reusable delivery artifacts.
  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars. Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Qualifications

  • Overall 10+ years of experience with 4+ years as a Delivery Manager
  • Experience with providing an assessment of high-level estimates based on an understanding of requirements scope.
  • Experience identifying and implementing Project Management and Agile best practices.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills; ability to build strong formal and informal relationships.
  • Proven program and project management, ITIL, and continuous improvement implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and direct a multi-disciplinary team of senior and junior employees.
  • Strong staff management skills including managing conflicts, motivating teams for improved performance, and guiding the career development of individuals.
  • Outstanding skills in planning, problem-solving and disciplined execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to present complex technical topics in a manner that our clients can easily understand methods Build your career with us.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
