To qualify for the position you need to have the following:

6-12 months Customer service experience (essential)

Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening skills

Be able to work shifts

Matric/NQF equivalent

Computer literate

Excellent command of English

Fluent in both Zulu&Sotho
