Our sourcing service offering is what makes us totally unique, and the successful person needs to have some skill in this vital area. There will be intensive training and we will show your our techniques, but there has to be a foundation to work from. You need to understand the Internet, how search strings work and were to find talented people. We put massive emphasis on finding people not interested in a job, and this is where you will use sourcing methodologies to find people data in the most unlikely places.

Once we’ve sourced candidates for our clients we call these candidates and have meaningful conversations about their careers with them. It’s important to know that our clients are listed, blue chip companies who have bought into our founder’s ideas and methodologies, so respecting that vision is incredibly important. That is why we need an intelligent person who is confident in front of a laptop or on a phone, someone with common sense who can think on their feet and react in an effective manner.

You’ll also work on projects that include:

• Digital Marketing
• Pipeline Development
• Client and Competitor Research
• Placement of online ads
• Candidate screening
• Social Media

To be considered you need:

• Sourcing or research or analytics experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Coding or web design skills is an advantage
• Experience in HR or client-side Executive Talent Acquisition disciplines is a plus
• Exposure to the Technology sector is a plus.
