The Payroll Clerk will perform all functions relating to processing a bi-weekly payroll for approximately 900 employees and will include payroll tax administration.
High School Diploma/GED with some college coursework and/or proprietary schooling a plus. Two years experience in a high volume internal payroll position preferred. Must have prior experience with payroll software programs.
Must be able to meet strict deadlines have a great deal of attention-to-detail and must be able to multi-task. Excellent organizational skills required and communication skills. Must have professional demeanor and superior customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
The Payroll Clerk is required to work generally Monday through Friday during Business Office hours. This posiition may be required to work evenings and/or weekends on ocassion as required by bi-weekly payroll cycles deadliness.
