Job Description

Position requires a B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in lead generation and sales in the Corporate Wellness market. Responsible for new business development, contract negotiations, and sales of Corporate Wellness Solutions to midsize and large employers (>1000 employees). Additional relevant experience -

Proven track record of lead generation and sales HR solutions, or Health Insurance products and solutions to decision makers in Human Resources or Benefits departments of midsize and large employers.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial,proactive and results-oriented attitude required.
  • Experience in consultative and value based selling to decision makers in Human Resources and Benefits departments of Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders, successfully negotiating and retaining corporate wellness service agreements with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Well versed in using technology, applications for data analysis and client presentations
  • Speak and write clearly, succinctly and professionally, with demonstrated presentation skills
