Healthline Homecare Agency, LLC is looking for a Social Worker to join our team of dedicated and compassionate professionals!  Previous Home Care experience is a plus but the desire and ability to make a difference in the lives of the Seniors we serve is a must!!!   

Our Social Workers assist Seniors and their families adjust to new surroundings, new diagnoses and anything else that may arise in day to day life.  

Experience with Medicare / Medicaid and navigating the complexities of private insurance is beneficial in this position!
