Job Description
Our London office is seeking a Summer Intern in Acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Generally assist acquisitions personnel in all of the following functions:
- Investment analyses of real estate acquisitions and developments across Europe, including financial and locational underwriting
- Preparation of transaction opportunity briefs for marketing and internal investment committee processes
- The closing phase of the transaction in conjunction with in-house and outside counsel
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, ideally focused on real estate
• First relevant professional experiences are preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Argus software is a plus
Length of internship TBD but generally 3-6 months.
