Job Description
Her Campus Media is seeking an Integrated Marketing Supervisor to develop and execute marketing campaigns for leading national brands and retailers. Brand name clients, a creative and nimble start-up culture, and sky's-the-limit opportunities for growth make this an ideal opportunity for a talented and capable self-starter interested in joining a fast-growing and profitable start-up at the ground level.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute digital campaign lifecycle from brainstorm and proposal development, through execution, delivery and post-campaign recap
Serve as a strategic lead on marketing programs across Her Campus’ digital, email, social, campus, influencer and experiential platforms
Analyze and report on key metrics to understand current campaign performance and trends and make recommendations for future improvement
Work with business development team to ensure clients’ campaign objectives are fulfilled
In conjunction with business development team, develop and nurture relationships with marketing agencies and existing clients to generate returning business
Keep a pulse on digital marketing industry trends with an eye toward enhancing and innovating Her Campus’ offerings
Work with inter-department heads and the Integrated Marketing Manager to refine and improve internal processes
Support Integrated Marketing Manager in overall management of the IM team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4-5 years of experience at an agency and/or in digital campaign or project management at a brand or publisher
1-2+ years of management experience
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Team player comfortable working in partnership with business development team
Creative thinker and problem solver
Self-starter with go-getter attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent work ethic who doesn’t mind getting his/her hands dirty and is excited about working in a start-up environment
Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram proficiency
Ad Ops/DFP experience a plus
