Job Description

Her Campus seeks dedicated, organized, efficient, ambitious management interns to work in the Her Campus office in Boston this summer on a full-time basis. Community Development interns will work directly with the Community Development team to manage and grow Her Campus’s presence at 330+ colleges (a combined team of more than 10,000 people) and the InfluenceHer Collective. Projects may include brainstorming how to grow and manage our networks, finding ways to motivate and incentivize team members, reaching out to potential new members, researching resourceful articles, collecting and analyzing data via Google Analytics and Google Sheets, updating and maintaining management databases and developing best practices resources so our communities can grow and excel.  Interns may also get the opportunity to work on client campaigns, conference programming and alumni network management. 

Previous leadership experience and involvement in a Her Campus chapter and/or Her Campus's InfluenceHer Collective is strongly preferred. Communication and leadership skills are a must. This internship is unpaid but can be taken for school credit. Candidates must be current college undergraduates and passionate about Her Campus. Please submit a writing sample with your application.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience and involvement in a Her Campus chapter and/or Her Campus's InfluenceHer Collective is strongly preferred.

Communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
