Job Description

Her Campus is seeking a creative, efficient, organized, detail-oriented Editorial Intern for fall. The Editorial Intern may assist the editorial team with all things editorial-related: writing and editing articles, working on larger editorial projects and packages, working on content partnerships, creating and optimizing SEO and e-commerce content, among other projects. This role will also be given timely writing assignments for Beauty, Culture, Style, Politics, Lifestyle sections and more, and will be expected to work on tight deadlines and turnarounds. You will be given high-level tasks and a lot of responsibility!

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization and strategic thinking skills
  • Working Knowledge of all G Suite platforms
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient and creative work ethic
  • Passionate about Her Campus Mission 
  • A passion for all things Gen Z
  • A knowledge of pop culture and social commentary 
  • Interest in writing, editing, research, college trends, and project management.

Previous leadership experience and involvement in Her Campus’s Chapter Network and the InfluenceHer Collective is preferred.
 

Additional Information

Internships are available to current college students year-round on a full-time or part-time basis both in our Boston office and remotely (unless otherwise specified). Internships are offered for school credit and interns are paid a stipend. Hours are flexible.
