My client, a leading media company based in NYC, is looking for a strong candidate with Procurement experience to help manage the Media Assets for the organization. 

The Role:

• Responsible for reviewing and tracking vendor contracts and performance 
• Review master purchasing, affiliate, support and other procurement agreements to ensure service levels and technology requirements match needs for the business
• Work with legal team to prepare NDAs and test authorizations
• Draft SOWs and other consulting agreements
• Facilitate vendor reviews and meetings and maintain vendor scorecard

The Candidate:

• Anywhere from 5-10 years’ related experience within the entertainment, media or technology industry with strong negotiation skills
• Broad understanding of IT, post-production or broadcast technology
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills 

The salary is up to $105k depending on experience with a very generous benefits and bonus package
