Digital Project Coordinator

Job Description

My client, a leading consumer goods company located near Princeton, NJ, is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator for a 6-month implementation project. There is a possibility of extension or full-time conversion once initial project is completed. 

The Role:

  • Following Agile/Scrum methods, will be responsible for all aspects of managing the day-to-day running of the project 
  • Coordinate design, development and testing with onshore and offshore teams
  • Develop and maintain all project documentation
  • Must have excellent people management and communication skills and able to build strong relationships with all responsible parties
  • Actively manage and communicate project issues and risks 

The Candidate:

  • Should have 2-5 years’ project coordination experience with digital initiatives
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Experience managing implementation projects in a digital environment using enterprise-level CMS (ideally Drupal) 
  • Must be highly organized and be able to produce detailed documentation 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA would be ideal 
  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other consumer-based environment that is heavily regulated (either in-house or for advertising agency)
