My client, a leading pharmaceutical company located near Basking Ridge, NJ, is looking for a Publication Manager to be responsible for the tactical coordination of publications and medical communication documents for allocated product area. This is a long-term contract. 

The Role:

• Execute publication plan for product area to align with product lifecycle strategy
• Guide day-to-day flow of medical communication documents (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide sets, letters) toward completion in compliance with guidelines and best practices  
• Ensures accurate and timely meeting of abstract and poster deadlines
• Project manages medical information within timelines set
• Processes invoices and contracts accurately

The Candidate:

• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Understanding of clinical study design (including registries) and interpretation 
• Strong experience using MS Office Suite

The hourly rate is up to $50/hr depending on experience.
