My client, a highly-rated engineering firm, is looking for strong candidates to fill key positions due to successful growth. We are actively interviewing Civil Design Engineers with land development experience. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in managing and designing commercial and residential site layouts within TX and who is familiar with TX Permitting requirements. 

The Role:

• Create & design land development, storm-water management, and erosion and sedimentation control plans
• Working with regulatory agencies to obtain proper permits
• Create and organize project plans and budgeting as well as manage workloads and assignments for team and/or individually
• Ensure proper quality control
• Create proposals and presentations for clients  

The Candidate:

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering
• 1-3 years of Civil Engineering experience with land development 
• EIT at a minimum 
• Need to have excellent written and communication skills 
• Need to be able to work well either independently or as part of a team and have strong problem-solving abilities
