Management Consultant – Data/Business Analyst – Financial Services 

My client, a highly-rated management consulting firm, is strong Data or Business Analysts with strong Financial Services background to join their growing team. 

The Role and Candidate:

• At least 5-9 years’ experience working as a Business or Data Analyst
• Prior experience in a management consulting environment or client-facing role 
• Knowledge and experience working within Financial Services 
• Experience creating complex, analytical client presentations and effectively communicating analysis to broad audiences
• Ability to analyze data to support requirements analysis
• Strong strategic and BA skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Capture, define, and document process models and documentation including business requirements and use case documentation
• Facilitate discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to analyze, communicate and validate requirements, process design, and BI reporting needs
• Analyze data to determine and define process problems or improvement opportunities
• Perform analysis including impact assessments on process design, business requirements, and key process performance metrics
• Proficient at various data modeling, mining, profiling, and visualization tools
• Must be willing to travel if needed

The salary is up to $130k depending on experience.
