Job Description

My client, a leading consumer goods company located near Princeton, NJ, is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator for a 6-month conversion project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on a web implementation project converting existing websites onto a new Drupal content management system. There is a possibility of extension or full-time conversion once initial project is completed. 

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day running of assigned project following Agile and Scrum methods 
  • Coordinate activities with onshore and offshore teams to ensure project plans/timelines are kept on schedule
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Must have excellent people management and communication skills and able to build strong relationships with all responsible parties

The Candidate:

  • Should have 2-5 years’ project coordination experience with digital initiatives
  • Understanding of different project management methodologies 
  • Must be highly organized and be able to produce detailed documentation 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA would be ideal
