We are seeking Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer to add to our Irvine, CA team. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: •Present reverse mortgage opportunities to future clients over the phone. This includes educating clients on the product and the process and following up with clients on any loan level issues •Using leads developed by the Company, calls on prospective clients and introduces them to HighTechLending, the reverse mortgage products, and qualifies for counseling session and application •Collect pertinent information from client and originates Reverse Mortgage applications •Partners with internal operations to consistently produce clean files •Explain to clients how to complete applications, ensuring all paperwork and signatures needed to process the reverse mortgage are collected timely and accurately •Maintains licensing requirements and only conducts business in states where licensed

Desired skills and experience include: •Knowledge of mortgage loans or reverse mortgages is required •Must have National loan originator license and NMLS number. •Ability to obtain licensing in all states where licenses are required •Proven success in the achievement of sales goals and performance metrics •Ability to establish and maintain respectful and cooperative working relationships within and outside our organization •Professional written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills •Ability to perform duties with a minimum of supervision using good judgment •Proven success in following up with customers and responding to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner If you are looking for a career opportunity with an exciting and growing company, please send resume with salary requirements.
