HighTechLending is hiring capable and responsible Mortgage Loan Originators who proactively service a quality network of business prospects. Loan Originators courteously assist borrowers determine if the current lending market provides a means to satisfy financial goals. The position requires an ability to calculate benefits, determine eligibility and compare appropriate products, terms, and pricing. Loan Originators are expected to generate complete mortgage applications, ensuring appropriate procedures and policies are followed and meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

Maintain sales contact and pipeline throughout the entire loan process,

Generate business through the effective use of leads strategies,

Contact potential customers via telephone and email,

Responsible for structuring, presenting, and selling loans to customers,

Collect required borrower information to recommend appropriate products or programs,

Regularly follow-up with potential applicants via telephone, email, or written correspondence to ensure each applicant understands each program,

Effectively prioritize within established time frames,

Demonstrate a high level of integrity

Available for full time employment with the flexibility to structure hours within branch guidelines, and

Demonstrate exemplary corporate appearance and communication skills.

Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act

College Degree, not required but preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
