Job Description

Highland Chateau Health Care Center is looking for a long-term care professional with a strong background in admission and census development to lead our admissions team. The person in this role drives Highland Chateau’s census and revenue for our 40 bed Long Term Care unit and our 24 bed Transitional Care Unit. In this role, the Admission Director will develop and be responsible for the execution of external marketing and development plans. In addition, this person is expected to be an integral part of our customer service and satisfaction program that starts with exceptional care beginning with our first interaction with the resident.  


-       2 years experience working in a skilled nursing facility, short term care, sub acute and / or long term care.

-       Strong sales and marketing skills with advanced planning, evaluation and reporting skills

-       A  fast paced, collaborative working style both with co-workers and referral sources

-       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals from hospitals, community, residents and families, and the Highland Chateau leadership team.
