* Provide support during design and development phases of software development lifecycle. * Implement complex functionality in various layers of J2EE applications including presentation, business logic, and persistence layers. * Design and document complex application functionality. * Review use cases and provide feedback to business/technical analysts and customers. * Provide accurate level-of-effort estimates for 2 to 5-person development assignments.

Required Skills Atleast 7 years experience in JAVA/J2EE, JDBC, Collections, multi-threading, etc. ORACLE Database Experience with complex SQL queries, stored procedures. Experience in integrating an application with other applications using SOA/web services Experience with JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSL and/or HTTP/HTML Experienced in working with Clearcase, ClearQuest and other rational tools Full software development life-cycle experience. Experience in unit testing methodologies and frameworks. Good Understanding of atleast one Java enterprise application server. Good at documenting issues and their resolutions and follow the operational procedures. Good Documentation and organizational skills. Reporting Experience

Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and/or 8+ years of object-oriented software development experience * 5+ years of experience in J2EE/WebLogic technologies. * 5+ years of experience using Sybase and/or Oracle relational databases. * 4+ years of experience using Java*s relational database access tools such as JDBC. * 4+ years of experience with XML/XLST. * Experience with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Data Access object (DAO) design patterns is highly desirable. EJB 3.0 or JPA is a must for Back end developers. Struts 1.3 and JQuery is a must for Front end developers.
