Based in London, UK and reporting to the VP Business Development we are looking to strengthen our team with an

Indirect Channels Manager

Part of a international team of Sales Key account managers you are responsible for the retention and expansion of a multi-country, multi-product indirect channel partner network and contributing to the rapid growth of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

As the Indirect Channels Manager, you manage a Profit & Loss account, internal & external pricing, margins and deal value, indentify new markets & opportunities and create a business plan for market entry. You support the business to extend its reach to its global clients, and enable indirect channel partners to grow their own business base in the countries they serve. You also ensure quality of knowledge (training) and maintain quality of service delivery (execution) while managing Engineering & Support questions & requirements and coordinate with the correct internal teams to provide answers.

To succeed in your role:

You will deliver results against budget and report to VP Business Development on progress of key performance indicators.
You will manage a network of Indirect Channel Partners: set territories, targets and priorities; monitor progress and results; motivate and coach.
You will work with the Key Accounts function within International Sales to ensure delivery of brand-standard compliant solutions and develop (with our partners) and deliver upon a Sales pipeline across all Hoist Group product & service offerings.
You will coordinate priorities for onsite deployment and system integration with central Pre-Sales, Engineering & other support functions.

Qualifications

Your experience & education :

University/Degree Level – good financial and technical skills are a pre-requisite
5-7 years’ experience in Indirect Channels management with the ability to clearly demonstrate a successful track record (references will be taken)
Experience in the Hotel (or a related) industry or international service industry is a plus
Good general understanding of telecommunications, network and/or IP technologies

Your skills & personality :

Leader by example with excellent interpersonal skills and an ease of developing executive relationships.
Able to drive the generation of sales and help partners find the tools to close business.
Service attitude in order to work effectively with clients, colleagues and industry.
Ability to learn, adapt, explain basic hotel technology systems, and ability to troubleshoot, resolve problems.
Ability to structure, organize, prioritize and be multitask oriented.
Written and spoken English; other languages also a plus.
