Job Description

This role will be responsible for providing technical support related to integrated systems specifically for PMS (Property Management System) and Back Office Software Management solution and other 3rd party hospitality systems.

This role will support our Field Sales Directors through in-depth technical product assistance and recommending appropriate solutions during pre-sales discussions with potential customers. This role will contribute to the customer acquisition strategy, serving as a liaison between potential customers and the sales team and will help identify the customers’ technology architecture, systems and product requirements. Additionally, this role will be key in recommending appropriate solutions and delivering onsite/remote product demonstrations directly tied to closing business and driving revenue:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand complex integration scenarios and understand how Hoist Group products would integrate with 3rd party vendors.
  • Boost the sales of in-house PMS solution within independent hospitality market
  • Knowledge of various Hospitality products and interface specifications
  • Provide an effective link between Sales, Account Management, Development, and Product & Marketing
  • Carryout detailed discovery sessions with customers to understand business
    drivers, pain points and critical success factors prior to any demonstration.
  • Support the Requests For Proposals (RFP) and Information (RFI) process in support of sales opportunities
  • Develop solid customer relationships.
  • Provide customer centric demonstrations of the core suite of Hoist solutions
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently on both business and technical subject matter.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the industry in order to act as a valuable resource to the customer and account manager
  • Execution of sales-related activities to maintain and expand business opportunities
  • Shared responsibility for aggressive, sustainable, long-term revenue and EBITDA growth


Qualifications

Competencies and Skills

Education

  • At least Secondary Education is mandatory.
  • University Degree or College Diploma is preferable.

Qualities & Skills

  • Cold Calling experience
  • Analytical thought process that allows you to present complex technical solutions for our customers
  • Ability to create convincing proposals, documentation and presentations
  • Capability to convey integration needs between systems and understand complex integrations specifications.
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and connect with key decision makers
  • B2B Sales Experience
  • Written and spoken English + local language
  • Driving License
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad

Competences:

  • Hospitality background is highly recommended.
  • Customer oriented, Team player, Autonomous and Structured
  • Familiarity with Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • An agile mind, a proven common sense, a strong willingness to learn and to progress
  • Understanding of Value Added Services in Managed Services operations
