Home Health Depot is seeking hard-working, reliable Drivers / Technicians to join our team serving patients throughout the greater Indianapolis area. In this role, you will have the impact the lives of people in need and will be responsible for the following: 

• Perform delivery, service, and pick-up of medical equipment
• Driving company vehicle (usually within 50-100 mile radius) 
• Efficiently manage delivery route and meet delivery deadlines
• Perform inspection and testing of equipment
• Set up equipment in patients homes or medical facilities
• Train users on proper operation and care of equipment
• Safely maintain and operate company delivery vehicles
• Drive safely without accidents and in compliance with laws
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, nurses, etc.
• Submit accurate and compliant documentation 
• Work overtime as needed and on-call (rotation)
• On-call rotation hours are M - F 5:00 pm – 8:00 am and weekends
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and valid Indiana driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift/move 75 to 125 lbs regularly (up to 180 lbs occasionally)
• Able to drive safely and attentively for long periods of time
• Must pass a background check, MVR, drug test, and TB test

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience in transportation, delivery, etc.
• Healthcare or medical equipment knowledge or experience

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Overtime is expected as needed/required
• Evening and weekend on-call rotation
