Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Bank Staff
Shifts: Night shifts 22:00 - 06:00 (sleep-in and waking nights)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing essential overnight care and support to individuals in community-based settings.

Whether you're supervising a peaceful night or offering reassurance and practical help to those who are awake, your presence matters. If you’re calm under pressure, respectful, and truly care about supporting others, this role could be for you.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Provide a safe and secure environment for clients throughout the night

  • Support with personal care, medication, and routines as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the day team

  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed

  • Promote dignity, independence, and choice at all times

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – we provide full training)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic nature

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A willingness to work night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)
