Job Description

If you have a passion for working one-on-one with senior adults to enrich their lives, then we would like to discuss joining our team of highly skilled and compassionate Caregivers with you.

We have openings for Caregiver positions in all three counties, Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda Counties. Both hourly and live-in jobs are available.  The ideal candidate will have a one year professional caregiving experience, or be a CNA or HHA caring for seniors providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living, and a genuine compassion for their health and well-being.


Qualifications

Applicants will be required to provide references, a clear TB test, Social Security card or work permit, current CPR card, pass a background check, demonstrate the ability to perform required tasks and be able to communicate well with clients. Our clients come from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds; if you are bilingual that is a plus.

A California driver’s license, current auto insurance and owning a vehicle are a plus but not required. However, you will be responsible for transportation to and from scheduled shifts.

Our hourly cases pay between $12 and $13 per hour. non-driving caregivers for hourly jobs.  Higher rates and overtime compensation are possible.  This year, our top earning caregivers will make more than $70,000!!!  We are an equal opportunity employer and provide a friendly, drug free, work environment.
