Job Description

Seeking a remarkable, experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor with exceptional
 hospitality, operational and leadership skills to join our team!  Successful candidates must have outstanding management skills and a solid restaurant background.

Job Duties:

• Supervision of restaurant staff in all dining outlets. • Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings. • Motivate staff to ensure guests receive excellent customer service • Communicate effectively with giving direction, support, timely feedback and recognition of performance to team members • Assist Food and Beverage Director in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus-persons, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety. • Act as a liaison between kitchen and front of house employees and operations • Assist in ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members. • Complete scheduled inventories and stock necessary supplies • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in dining outlets • Assist in the continual training of all staff members • Monitoring and reviewing labor reports

Qualifications

• Minimum three year supervisors experience in a luxury hotel dining outlet experience required • Minimum of 21 years of age to handle alcoholic beverages • Must be a self-starter • Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment with exceptional attention to detail • Experience with MICROS systems • Experience with OpenTable software • Experience staff training required • Previous experience as a server or bartender required • Bilingual a plus • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs • Ability to work a varied schedule that includes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays • Ability to walk, stand and bend continuously throughout the day • A California Food Handler's Card or must be able to obtain one upon hire
