Prepare beverages prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high
level of quality and customer service.  Team member is responsible for providing
exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items and delivering food and beverages to guests

• Maintain knowledge of menu items and take guest orders
• Deliver beverages from bar to guests
• Set up bar and bar area according to hotel standards
• Prepare garnishes for drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, and glassware
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have prior experience as a Bartender or Serving in a luxury hotel setting
• Must meet state legal age requirements
• Must have knowledge of MICROS
• Must be knowledgeable on various drink recipes and service standards.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes early breakfast service, nights and weekends
• Must have a food handling certificate.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be a team oriented
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
