Responsibilities

• Assist with planning production schedule to meet demand and product launch deadlines
• Write purchase orders for production trims and materials
• Communicate with manufacturing vendors to ensure that design intent, quality, and product deadlines are met
• Assist the QC of physical goods from samples through production
• Review and process invoices and ensure timely payment
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for product production 
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Assist in other areas of operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and product development
• Assist in various special projects as needed

• 1-2 years experience in apparel production
  
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Wizard with a spreadsheet
• Experience with inventory management software a plus
