Job Description

As our Customer Experience Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service. You will also tackle and help organize various operations-related projects and tasks. You will need to lead by example with your enthusiasm for solving any customer issue or question creatively and efficiently. 

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Handle customer contacts in an efficient and positive manner
  • Become an expert on our inventory and back-end management systems, as well as the nitty-gritty of logistics and fulfillment at our warehouse
  • Identify necessary system and workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency
  • Help develop and maintain support content including best practices, internal knowledge base, and customer-facing FAQs


Qualifications

Your DNA:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred, and minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Familiar with a plethora of customer service best practices and procedures.
  • Master multi-tasker that’s not afraid to dive in head-first into challenging projects and tasks
  • Quick learner and self-starter that enjoys working autonomously 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Laser-focused with unfailing attention to detail.
