Job Description

Huddle seeks an energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized team player to become a key member of a growing corporate sales team. This individual will have strong presentation skills and a hunter mentality to identify and convert interested prospects into motivated buyers and closing the sale.  

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively qualify prospects in regards to Huddle’s solution. 
  • Comprehensively present & explain Huddles solution via web demo.
  • Effectively position and liaise with prospects ranging from end-users, to Directors to CX level.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. 
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information into Salesforce database, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team members to achieve organizational goals. 
  • Provide continual input to the sales and marketing organizations to refine positioning and adapt to new market opportunities.
  • Generate new business and new sales leads through a mixture of cold calling, following up on marketing campaigns and following up inbound enquiries.
  • Work with existing clients to both grow their accounts and find referrals.
  • Schedule meetings with target accounts.
  • Manage inbound leads.
  • Outbound calls to targeted accounts.
  • Understand Huddle’s programs and offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospect’s needs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • You have an innate hunger for personal and company success and enjoy working on a high functioning, competitive and collaborative team.
  • You have at least 2 and not more than 4 years of direct sales experience (not focused on channel sales) with proven achievement of sales targets, along with a track record of successfully selling software solutions (preferably SaaS) over the phone. We're looking for someone who has done online demo's to a wide variety of types of clients and has the ability to close the sale.
  • You exhibit the qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility as changes occur in the department and maintain a positive attitude. We are a startup, so we don't do things the same way because we always have. We look to improve and collaborate to improve our customer experiences.
  • You have received formal sales training.
  • You have a solid understanding of web, enterprise, and SaaS technologies.

  • You have the ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • You have a strong interest in technology, and the ability to clearly explain even the most complicated ideas to a non-technical audience. Try explaining Facebook to your grandmother before applying.
