Job Description

Daily duties will include calendering in a master executive book, excel spredsheet and ABACUS calendering program. Candiate will need to keep up with daily court appearances and daily meetings for our Partners and Associate Attorney's.   In addition, the candidate will assist with multiple general office tasks including filing, faxing, and scanning, and copying. Candidate must have transportation and proof of car insurance as driving of Partners and Associate's to and from court will be done as needed.

Strong attention to detail, and must be a self starter and be able to work under deadlines;

Must be able to work well with others;
