Primary responsibilities include creating Global policies, governance & reporting that will be used to evaluate, measure and continuously improve business performance.

This position is based in Amsterdam. 


  • Manage / work within a central team that owns data/metrics/scorecards providing insights into Business Performance & Delivery health and operating efficiency/impact
  • Work with the PLT to optimize and planning to achieve departmental objectives
  • Create and maintain departmental reports and measurement metrics
  • Manage the delivery cadence/structure of presentations to key internal stakeholders (PLT / LT)
  • Partner with support functions (FPA, Legal, HR Advisory) to drive an accountability framework and exception-based actionable reporting
  • Drive due diligence and ownership conversations with internal teams to align ways of working to People strategy
  • Set global framework for delivery data and KPIs to People Dept operating model (what good looks like)
  • Develop and drive processes to improve the capabilities and insights of the current and future People Department
  • Manage & facilitate end to end Governance of all People Department delivery
  • Manage annual budgeting cycle on behalf of the People Department, working with PLT cross functional PMO teams


  • Finance / PMO background preferred
  • 7+ years’ work in Risk management, Business Operations, or Financial Operations
  • Capacity to develop concepts and turn these into practical operational initiatives.
  • Capacity to drive change, think of solutions and focus on results
  • Strong proactive skills, leading by example, inspiring the rest of the managers group to adapt your behavior
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding where risks and opportunities to improve lay and develop and drive the plans accordingly. 
  • Excellent relationship management skills, ensuring cross-functional and department buy-in.
