• Ability to plan, execute, and maintain numerous technical tasks/objectives • Conduct meetings & calls with both technical and non-technical personnel in a professional constructive manner. • Take on additional special projects and tasks as directed by management. • Capable of working both independently and in team environments while maintaining high quality work product and personal accountability. • Familiar & comfortable working within an Agile Development SDLC • Expertise in documentation, presentation, and requirements management tools required. • Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals with both technical and non-technical staff. • Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., collaborating, conflict management, mediation, etc.). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Participate in a variety of planning and development activities (planning meetings, user interviews, etc.) to assist in creating short and long range plans for the testing team • Prepare a variety of materials in both written and electronic formats (functional reports, technical specifications, user manuals, memos, procedures, project documentation, flow charts, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing written reference. • Expertise in MS Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
