Workflow, Data & IoT (WDI) team offers workflow, integration, data management and IoT solutions in IFS Application using worlds leading technologies and standards.

We are in the process of looking for a Program Manager who is passionate on cutting-edge technologies specially on areas of business process automation & workflow management. The program manager ensures that we deliver the intended value on time, on budget, and with the right quality, resulting in great customer adoption and high customer satisfaction.

Program Manager will serve as bridge in between Product Manager & Software Engineering Team. Coordination, sequencing, and prioritization within the set scope, as well as ensuring development is on track is part of the day-to-day job.

As a Program Manager you are expected to:

·       Acquire a good understanding of Business Process Automation & its applications.

·       Plan, execute & monitor day-to-day development activities.

·       Coordinate QA activities ensuring quality deliveries.

·       Manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks with proactive measures.

·       Interact with product teams and partners from relevant industries and markets.

·       Create user documentation, presentation and training materials.

·       Contribute to improvements in IFS products, services and processes

·       10+ years of industry experience work with software development teams, including 3 years in project/delivery management.

·       University bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualifications.

·       Excellent analytical & autonomous problem-solving skills.

·       Sound technical background & willingness to adapt different technologies.

·       A good understanding of software design and architectural principles.

·       Effective communication & excellent documentation/presentation skills.

·       Experience in agile software development methodologies.

·       Ability to stay focused, goal-driven and provide leadership in ambiguous situations.
