"Aerospace & Defense" business unit at IFS is building mission critical MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) solutions for worldwide airline operators and defense contractors. Our formula for quality is unique compared to the rest of the testing practices in the industry since we qualify mission critical software systems. With our current growth in the business unit, we are looking for a Senior or Lead capacity quality expert fitting into below requirements.

• Ability to do white box testing with proper coverage driven test design techniques.
• Ability to do API and UI automation (UI automation with JavaScript based tools would be preferred)
• Conduct coaching sessions for Software Engineers on Quality Strategies including Non Functional Testing as Performance and Security. 
• Perform continuous "Quality Inspections" on Technical Design, Process rituals, Test Strategies and Risk management. 
• Sound Leadership skills to lead software engineers on coding, testing and Engineering best practices. "Lead By Example" is our style of work. (You do it first and show others how to do it! 
• Knowledge on IEEE-829 Test Documentation will be an added advantage. 
• Previous experience in Aviation Maintenance or MRO is a definite advantage. 

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification. 
• Hands on experience in Test Automation for 2 to 4 years.
• 3 to 5 years experience in software testing practices. 
• Experience in agile methodologies is a definite plus. 
• Previous experience in Aviation Maintenance or MRO is a definite plus
