We, IFS Labs team lookouts for dynamic and open-minded individuals to join us as Product Specialist to work on ESG-related product development.

This is a great opportunity to work in and across all areas of IFS products, focusing on ESG and sustainability in a new product area aimed at ESG disclosures, and promoting sustainability in the existing product areas

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the R&D lifecycle of our products via requirement analysis, functional designing, testing, documentation, and R&D support.
• Assit the program manager with estimates and clear design documentation for new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with Software Engineering Managers and Program Managers to ensure continuous delivery of our software products.
• Collaborate with and proactively share ESG knowledge, guide, and train colleagues.
• Contribute to improvements in IFS products, services, and processes by actively engaging with colleagues, requirement owners and other stakeholders.
• Build ESG knowledge and expertise
• Work with the ESG team to translate ESG knowledge into product development requirements
• Build IFS Cloud knowledge and expertise to uncover, and extract ESG related data, metrics and KPI’s
• Build ESG knowledge on GRI, SASB and ESRS to create a database of ESG KPI’s

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in sustainability
• Previous experience in ESG and Sustainabiltiy
• Previous experience in Software Development
• Analytical and Reporting skills (Power BI) would be a plus
