Job Description

The HR Intern supports IFS to run smooth HR operations in employee onboarding, offboarding and other day to day activities in HR domain. Building relationships with all stakeholders is a key to success in this role and it helps smooth operations.

  • Involve in pre-onboarding / first day onboarding activities
  • Involve in offboarding process for resign employees together with other relevant stake holders.
  • Work with Background Verification partner to complete BV reports and handle the PO process for payments.
  • Collaborate with HRSSC and HRIS teams to change employee information in IFSBiz and maintain data quality
  • Contribute towards continuously improving HR operational processes

Qualifications

  • An Undergraduate / Graduate in Human Resource Management stream.
  • Previous internship working experience in IT industry is an added advantage.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be well organized, and possess good planning skills
