WorkWave is a field service management software that provides SaaS solutions for businesses in the service industry (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, Cleaning, Lawn & Landscape, Home Delivery, Logistics & Distribution). We empower these businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow their customer base on our efficient and easy-to-use platform.

WorkWave Team is looking for innovative quality assurance engineers who want to be part of a team of creative and talented individuals.  Our teams are a mix of technologists, product managers, development engineers, and UI/UX designers, all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our WorkWave team, helping to develop & support the WorkWave products.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Expertise in C# for test automation, with hands-on experience in Visual Studio.
• Strong experience with Cucumber (BDD) and TestNG for test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in API testing using ReadyAPI (SoapUI), Postman, and GraphQL queries.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration and test execution.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices testing.
• Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in UI and backend automation with Selenium automation frameworks.
• A passion for improving processes, tools, methodologies & overall product quality.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks while effectively leading and supporting the team.
