Job Description

iKhokha is looking for an organised and proactive Junior Traffic Manager to join our Creative Team.

If you have the ability to cat-herd and juggle like a pro, then this role will keep you engaged and on your toes!

So, what will you do

You will  work along-side our Traffic Manager, the creative studio and Product teams.

You  will need to able to create briefs, allocate resources, monitor, report and provide feedback to stakeholders on the status of projects.

Deal Breakers

  • 1- 2 years’ experience as a Traffic Assistant / Jnr Traffic Manager.
  • Knowledge and experience in design and marketing will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile, Lean and Growth Hacking methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in Admin tools such as Wrike, Avaza or similar.
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of and experience in ATL, BTL & Digital media.
  • A good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Assertive multitasker, with great communication and organizational expertise. People management skills, eye for detail and problem managing skills.
  • Strong organizational and administration skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.

What would you be responsible for?

  • Manage the collection and distribution of new brief requests from various stakeholders.
  • Create project and tasks in relevant project management tool.
  • Assign required creative resources efficiently.
  • Set-up key briefing and review meetings.
  • Tracking the progress of projects & tasks as they move through the studio.
  • Flag potential delays or disruptions in project timelines.
  • Assist with development of project plans and timelines.
  • Track projects against project timelines.
  • Meet with various business stakeholders to discuss new brief.
  • Manage status updates to various stakeholder on projects.
  • Communicate timeline updates of projects regularly.
  • Daily communication with create studio on progress of tasks and projects.
  • Run Daily stand-ups with creative studio when needed.
  • Update projects and tasks dates as needed.
  • Communicate relevant changes.
  • Communicate and manage creative freelancers with briefings and costings.
  • Communication with relevant suppliers for quotes and supplying of artwork.
  • Handover of approved content to various stakeholders on a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • University Degree, Diploma or Certification in related field
